  • Service time may vary for individual articles and will be informed to authors after initial evaluation within 24 hours of receipt of the article. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM EST. Expedited service time is irrespective of working days/hours.

Institutional membership*:

US $2799 basic services, $2999 advanced services per year for up to 100 articles.

Additional 50 articles at $999 basic services, $1299 advanced services per year.

*Any specialty/department referred through institutional library/academic/research section. Word count up to 5000 words. Articles longer than 5000 words may be accepted as per editor’s discretion.

Process

  • Acknowledgement of article: An acknowledgement email is sent to the author(s) within 6 hours of receipt of an article request.
  • Initial evaluation within 24 hours. Authors may be requested for more information or clarification if required.
  • First draft with edits and general formatting- read only version- typically around 5 working days after the receipt of the article. Queries may be required to be answered by the authors for further corrections.
  • Once all queries are answered and corrections are accepted by authors: a final copy in read only version shall be shared with authors for final approval
  • Once payment of editing fee is through, final manuscript file(s) in .doc or .docx format is/are shared with authors.
